Soft tungsten is used to further weigh down the load of flies in nymph fishing. When we find ourselves in situations where the water flow rate is greater than the weight of the nymphs I have with me, just apply a little soft tungsten ball on a knot of the tip, normally on the knot of the chop, to be able to go fishing in more correct way.
